6 month program that includes:

* a 75-minute comprehensive consultation via Skype to review your loved ones' diagnosis and treatment plan, your relationship with your loved one, answer your questions and provide an individualized integrative care plan designed for you and your needs.

*5 months of 30 minute 1:1 sessions each month.

Coaching sessions will be personalized to what you decide you most want to work on during the consultation session. Topics can include, but aren't limited to:

Coaching to help you understand the roles and responsibilities of a caregiver
Resources to help you find the support you and your loved one need
Training on how to communicate with your loved one
Training on how to communicate with the health care team & being an advocate for your loved one
Education on self-care techniques
Mindfulness techniques to cope with grief, anxiety, and stress

Some clients choose to focus on one of the holistic pillars of cancer care each session for a deeper dive into improving the caregiving journey in each of those areas.

Each month you'll feel supported, listened to, and empowered, knowing the steps you need to take to thrive during your cancer caregiving journey.
