6 month program that includes:

* a 75-minute comprehensive consultation via Skype to review your diagnosis and treatments you completed, answer your questions and provide an individualized integrative survivorship care plan designed for you and your needs.

*5 months of 30 minute 1:1 sessions each month.

Coaching sessions will be personalized to what you decide you most want to work on during the consultation session. Topics can include, but aren't limited to:

Comprehensive review of ongoing side effects and holistic recommendations to address them
Coaching to help you decide what you want your life to look like now that treatment has ended
Training on how to communicate with your caregiver and others now that you're no longer in the role of patient
Review follow up results and coaching through the process if additional treatment is recommended
Mindfulness techniques to cope with stages of cancer grief, anxiety, stress, and ongoing side effect management

Some clients choose to focus on one of the holistic pillars of cancer care each session for a deeper dive into improving the survivorship journey in each of those areas.

Each month you'll feel supported, listened to, and empowered , knowing the steps you need to take to address your biggest concerns, and thrive in this new phase of life.
